If the Client does not agree to the proposed changes, exness broker reviews he or she may reject them and, consequently, withdraw from the License Agreement in writing, subject to a one (1) month notice period. If the Client fails to withdraw the License Agreement, he or she is deemed to agree with the proposed amendment to the License Terms.
